nice marinade for chicken breasts.You can marinate,freeze and defrost when ready.

Ingredients
  • 1/2c light italian dressing
  • 3T reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2T hoisin sauce
  • 1/2tsp. ground ginger

Directions
  1. Place all ingredientas in a freezer bag. Seal and shake to mix. Put 4 chicken breasts in marinade. Seal and freeze,defrost when ready to cook. Remove chicken from marinade,discard marinade.Grill the chicken until juices run cleas or internal temperature is 165.
  2. Great served with brown rice and broccoli
