How to make it

  • Combine marmalde, whiskey, brown sugar, lemon juice and rind in small heavy saucepan
  • Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve the sugar.
  • Remove from heat and cool completely.
  • In a bowl, beat heavy cream with 1/2 cup marmalde high speed to soft peaks.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup of the marmalde cream mixture into 8 small dessert glasses
  • Drizzle top of dessert with the whiskey sauce
  • Serve at once or chill
