Ingredients

1 lb (3cups) fresh strawberries washed, cored and halved

1/2 cup of water, spring or comparable

1/3 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice

Directions

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth, pour into ice cube trays and place in freezer for at least 4 hours
