How to make it

  • Pancakes:
  • In a large mixing bowl,combine flour,sugar,baking powder,and salt.
  • Beat together eggs,milk,sour cream,and butter.
  • Stir into flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle.
  • Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Topping:
  • In a large saucepan,combine sugar,cornstarch,and water until smooth. Add blueberries.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Cook for 2 minutes or until thickened,stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and server over pancakes.
