MIXED FRUIT SALAD IN LIME SAUCE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Glass Estate in Midlothian, Texas in 1991.

Ingredients
  • 2 pints strawberries quartered
  • 2 pints blueberries
  • 4 kiwi fruit peeled and sliced
  • 1 bunch seedless red grapes
  • 1 small cantaloupe cubed
  • 1 small honeydew melon cubed
  • 1 small can limeade concentrate thawed

Directions
  1. Mix fruit gently then add limeade concentrate a little at a time until desired consistency.
