How to make it
- Trim fat from chops then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In large heavy skillet melt butter over medium high heat and cook chops 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and set aside.
- Pour nectar into pan stirring to deglaze then add peaches and oregano.
- Cook stirring often for 4 minutes then return chops to pan and cook 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
