How to make it

  • Trim fat from chops then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • In large heavy skillet melt butter over medium high heat and cook chops 4 minutes on each side.
  • Remove and set aside.
  • Pour nectar into pan stirring to deglaze then add peaches and oregano.
  • Cook stirring often for 4 minutes then return chops to pan and cook 3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
