Smells weird when baking, mostly because of one of the ingredients, but the end result... a dream!
Ingredients
- 300 g/10.5 oz butter shopping list
- 3 dl/1.3 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 msk/1 tbsp vanilla sugar shopping list
- ½ msk/½ tbsp ammonium bicarbonate (or double amount of baking powder, but it won't be quite the same) shopping list
- 7½ dl/3.1 cups flour shopping list
How to make it
- Turn on the oven at 175°C/350°F.
- Melt the butter and leave to cool.
- Whisk the butter and sugar fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients and work to a dough.
- Make little balls (about an inch across), flatten down a little and put on a baking tray with paper on. Put the tray in the hot oven for about 15 minutes. Remove the tray and allow the cookies to cool on the tray.
- This makes about 50-60 cookies
