FRUIT COCKTAIL MAKES THIS A REAL NICE CAKE JUST SWEET ENOUGH .

Ingredients
- 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 1 EGG
- 1t BAKING SODA
- 1t VANILLA
- 1CAN 16OZ FRUIT COCKTAIL
- 1/2 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
Directions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
- LIGHTLY GREASE ONE 9x9 SQUARE BAKING DISH
- COMBINEFLOUR,SUGAR,EGG,SODA,VANILLA AND UNDRAINED FRUIT. MIX UNTIL BLENDED.
- POUR BATTER INTO THE PREPARED DISH AND SPRINKLE THE TOP WITH BROWN SUGAR.
- BAKE AT 350 FOR 40 MINS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND FIRM
