Mini Soft Pretzels

- 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated breadsticks shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- kosher salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Unroll dough and seperate into 12 breadsticks.
- Cut each breadstick in half lengthwise (I used a pizza cutter)
- Roll or press each one out to a 10" rope.
- To shape pretzel, shape rope into a circle, overlapping dough about 2" from each end, having ends free.
- Take one end in each hand, twist once at point where dough overlaps.
- Lift ends over opposite side of the circle.
- Place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. (It only took mine about 11 minutes because I wanted them really soft.)
