Balloon Biscuits

This is another that I have had for years. The kids love them!
Ingredients
- 1 Tblesp. butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 2 package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, so you have 12 biscuits shopping list
- 12 large marshmallows shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Spray a large baking sheet with Pam spray.
- Cut butter into small pieces in a glass pie plate. Microwave on
- high 30 to 60 seconds.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Remove biscuits from container.
- Roll or pat, each one out to a 4-inch circle.
- Place marshmallow in center of a biscuit.
- Bring dough up to enclose the marshmallow completely.
- Pinch ends to seal.
- With seal ends up, roll top and sides of biscuit in the melted butter
- then in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place on baking sheet, seam side down.
- Repeat with remaining biscuits.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
