How to make it

  • In a saucepan, add all ingredients.
  • Over low-medium heat, Cook until it forms a soft ball in cup of water.
  • Roll into a wet cheesecloth.
  • Slice when cool and hard.

    Hi Blue. I looked cause my MIL used to make date candy that was to die for. She's gone now-and of course none of us was smart enough to get the recipe. I might have to try it. Thank you.
