this is great on grilled corn on the cob, spread it on the corn after it is cooked, or serve on side for your guests to put on.. something different
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 1 to 2 teaspoons ground red chilies (or chili powder) shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingredients together and serve with grilled corn
