Oven-Fried Pork Chops

- 2c panko or other coarse bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 1oz. pkt. onion soup mix shopping list
- 1tsp paprika shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1/2c Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2Tbs flour shopping list
- 6 6oz. boneless pork chops,trimmed of excess fat shopping list
- 6Tbs butter,melted shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange rack in bottom third of oven. Preheat oven to 425. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix bread crumbs with soup mix,paprika and pepper in a shallow bowl. In a seepate shallow ,combine mustard and 2Tbs water. Spread flour on a plate. Dredge pork chops in flour. Coat both sides of each pork chop with mustard mixture and then dredge in bread crumbs to coat well. Place chops on prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle 1Tbs melted butter over each chop. Bake until cooked thru,10 to 15 mins,turning chops over halfway through cooking time for even browning. Let chops rest for 10 mins before serving.
- Try it with fish also!

Sounds great! My grandson loves fried pork chops so I will do this for him. I do chicken, cubed steak, okra and squash in the oven but I have never did fried pork chops, I usally just broil them, uncoated. Thanks for this one.
