Salmon Loaf

- 1-16 oz. can Salmon- Drained shopping list
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 eggs lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 c. milk (can use regular or evaporated) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- Dash of pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mash salmon so the bones are crushed and mixed in. (Can also remove the bones, but then it takes longer)
- Combine all ingredients together
- Put into a greased loaf pan. (I use a casserole dish because I don't have a loaf pan.)
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until loaf is firm
- If using a casserole dish, reduce cook time by 10-15 minutes. Or else it will start to burn.
