Chicken Stuffed Shells

- 1 box jumbo pasta shells, cooked shopping list
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing, cooked shopping list
- 1 1/2 cooked boneless chicken, chopped or shredded shopping list
- 8 oz shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 can chicken broth shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk (I've used skim or 1% before and it turned out fine) shopping list
How to make it
- mix all main ingredients (sans shells) in large bowl
- stuff shells with the chicken mixture and put in large (9x13) baking dish
- then mix all the sauce ingredients with an electric mixer and pour over shells.
- bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes
- **makes about 17 shells, depending on how much you stuff them

This sounds great! Love something different. Great twist instead of the italian tomato sauce or alfredo. This will be on my menu soon. Gets a high 5 from me.
