delicious, different stuffed shells. good old comfort food right thar!

Ingredients
  • 1 box jumbo pasta shells, cooked
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cooked boneless chicken, chopped or shredded
  • 8 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Sauce:
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can evaporated milk (I've used skim or 1% before and it turned out fine)

Directions
  1. mix all main ingredients (sans shells) in large bowl
  2. stuff shells with the chicken mixture and put in large (9x13) baking dish
  3. then mix all the sauce ingredients with an electric mixer and pour over shells.
  4. bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes
  5. **makes about 17 shells, depending on how much you stuff them

This sounds great! Love something different. Great twist instead of the italian tomato sauce or alfredo. This will be on my menu soon. Gets a high 5 from me.
