Ingredients

1 lb crawfish, cleaned

2 eggs

1 box jiffy cornbread mix

1/2 cup celery

1/c cup bell pepper

1/2 cup onion

1 can cream style corn

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375* Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray

In medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients, mixing well.

Pour into pan and bake about 35 minutes.
