Delicious cornbread with cheese, corn and creole trinity!

Ingredients
- 1 lb crawfish, cleaned
- 2 eggs
- 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/c cup bell pepper
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375* Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray
- In medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour into pan and bake about 35 minutes.
