My husband's favorite! His face lights up when he comes home to this. It freezes well and makes enough for at least two meals.

Ingredients
  • 2 (12.5 oz.) cans chunk chicken, drained
  • 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked in 2 chicken bouillon cubes (do not drain)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small can garden peas, drained
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
  • 1 can RO-TEL tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Saute the onion and bell pepper in butter.
  2. Add the chicken and spaghetti mixture.
  3. Add other ingredients and heat until bubbly.

This is one of the suggestions given just after I completed the "taste test" gadget. It is one of my favorite foods. My wife adds mushrooms to the mix. We call it "Chicken Stuff."
