Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put shrimp in food processor until it makes paste - you can do this in batches.
  • Mix in the next 3 ingredients and season to your liking.
  • Form into 8 patties.
  • At this point, if you are not ready to eat really soon you can put the shrimp patties on a baking sheet, covered. You can keep there for a day or freeze them for 3 months.
  • Heat your oil to medium heat.
  • Now you dredge them in your seasoned flour.
  • Cook patties for 2 minutes per side.
