Ingredients
  • 1 bunch Spinach, washed
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Directions
  1. Blanch the spinach by putting it in boiling water for less than a minute. Drain it and set it aside.
  2. Add the Sesame Oil to a very, very hot wok.
  3. Stir fry the spinach for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the garlic and a pinch of salt.
  5. Serve immediately. It is also good chilled.

This looks great! Would never have thought of sesame oil... I do the same with olive oil and garlic.. Live and learn.
