These sound good. Does anybody have the recipe for the ginger cookies that Clark's Baker in London makes? They are very gingery, spicy and buttery. The best I have ever eaten. They must use black pepper in them. Would love to have the recipe!

Please give it a try, I am not much of a ginger fan, so I have been playing with the amount of ginger and cinniman. I still don't know if I am satified with it.
