  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 16 oz bottle of creamy Italian dressing (creamy garlic good too)
  • 1 T dry oregano
  • 16 oz shredded cheese blend (anything mild or to liking)

Directions
  1. Add some oil to large saute pan or pot set on high heat
  2. put in about 1 T flour and stir for about one minute

  4. While that is going on lightly flour pork chops
  5. heat a frying pan with oil on high heat
  6. and quickly saute the chops to some color
  7. do this in batches to keep them from steaming, need the color
  8. place chops aside and check on cabbage mix to see if it has softened
  9. and is wilted down a bit
