Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix ingredients together adding enough flour to make into patties.
  • Do not make them too thick as they will rise during cooking.
  • Fry until done, turning once or twice. (Cooked just like you would a regular pancake).
  • Do not let skillet get too hot.
  • You may also add bits of cooked bacon that have been smashed into bits.
