How to make it

  • In a heavy skillet over low heat, fry Pine Nuts in Butter until evenly browned. Remove Pine Nuts. Increase heat to medium high. Brown Lamb well for about 10 minutes. Season with Salt, Pepper, and Cinnamon. Mix Lamb together well with Pine Nuts and sprinkle over one recipe of Hummous bi Tahini. (Posted)
  • Serve with Arabic bread.

    I must try this topping for your hummous. I have the pine nuts...must get some ground lamb and make some bread. I can almost taste it now...*swoon*
