Topping For Hummous

- ¼ cup pine nuts shopping list
- 2 Tbls clarified butter shopping list
- 8 oz finely ground lamb or beef shopping list
- ½ Tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 Tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- fresh ground pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a heavy skillet over low heat, fry Pine Nuts in Butter until evenly browned. Remove Pine Nuts. Increase heat to medium high. Brown Lamb well for about 10 minutes. Season with Salt, Pepper, and Cinnamon. Mix Lamb together well with Pine Nuts and sprinkle over one recipe of Hummous bi Tahini. (Posted)

I saw pine nuts at the store a few days ago... $19.99 per lb!!! But I'm thinking about going for it. haha
