Ingredients

¼ cup Pine Nuts

2 Tbls Clarified Butter

8 oz finely ground Lamb or Beef

½ Tsp Salt

1/8 Tsp ground Cinnamon

Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Directions

In a heavy skillet over low heat, fry Pine Nuts in Butter until evenly browned. Remove Pine Nuts. Increase heat to medium high. Brown Lamb well for about 10 minutes. Season with Salt, Pepper, and Cinnamon. Mix Lamb together well with Pine Nuts and sprinkle over one recipe of Hummous bi Tahini. (Posted)

Serve with Arabic bread.
