Another recipe i picked up on vacation....Texas does love their chili....Hope you will try this one.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 3/8 cup chili powder
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 16 oz can ranch style pinto beans
Directions
- Brown meat with onion, garlic and seasonings.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least one hour.
- Serves 8.
