How to make it

  • Spray large baking dish with Pam
  • Put fillet in pan, Salt and pepper lightly. Season with dill and parsley. Spread mayonnaise over fillet. Place onion slices on top and squeeze fresh lemon over top.
  • Pour your favorite wine in the bottom of the pan and cover.
  • Bake at 350 For approximately 20-30 minutes or until salmon flakes.

    I love salmon and its sooo good for you, but my husband does not like. I finally convinced him we needed to add to our diet, I found this recipe.....thank goodness!! He really likes it!! This is a real winner, simple to make and excellent taste!!
