                    - 1 POUND GROUND LEAN sirloin OR CHUCK shopping list
- 1 POUND BULK hot sausage shopping list
- 1 CUP CHOPPED onion shopping list
- 1 LARGE HOT jalapeno pepper FRESH...FINELY CHOPPED shopping list
- 2 cloves OF garlic, MINCED shopping list
- salt TO TASTE shopping list
- 2 -- 8 OUNCE CANS OF tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 CUPS water shopping list
- 1 TABLESPOON cumin shopping list
- 1 TABLESPOON paprika shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOON chili powder shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON oregano shopping list
- 1 BAY LEAF shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS cayenne pepper shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 CUP OF water shopping list
- 1 - 15 OUNCE CAN dark red kidney beans, DRAINED shopping list
- fresh cilantro leaves FOR GARNISH ( OPTIONAL) shopping list
How to make it 
                    - COOK GROUND SIRLOIN, SAUAGE, JALAPENO AND GARLIC IN A LARGE SKILLET OR DUTCH OVEN UNTIL MEAT IS BROWNED.
- STIR IN NEXT .....9 ....INGREDIENTS.
- COOK, COVERED OVER LOW HEAT FOR 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
- SKIM OFF FAT
- MIX CORNSTARCH WITH 1/4 CUP WATER, ADD TO CHILI, MIX WELL, ADD BEANS, COVER AND COOK ANOTHER 30 MINUTES OVER LOW HEAT, REMOVE BAY LEAF;
- AND SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS OR CRACKERS
