Meat Tender Like A Nymph Recipe
The pork is gently cooked in a sweet and savory mix, inside a sealed pudding mould. It's definitely a way you've not had pork before.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb boned fatty pork
  • 1 c. sherry
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Dice the meat and seal it in a pudding mould along with all other ingredients
  2. Make sure the mould is closed properly and boil in water for 4 hours.
  3. Water must reach halfway up the mould, so you will need to regularly added during boiling.
  4. When done, strain the meat, and reserve the 'juice' for vegetables.
