How to make it

  • Dice the meat and seal it in a pudding mould along with all other ingredients
  • Make sure the mould is closed properly and boil in water for 4 hours.
  • Water must reach halfway up the mould, so you will need to regularly added during boiling.
  • When done, strain the meat, and reserve the 'juice' for vegetables.
