How to make it
- Dice the meat and seal it in a pudding mould along with all other ingredients
- Make sure the mould is closed properly and boil in water for 4 hours.
- Water must reach halfway up the mould, so you will need to regularly added during boiling.
- When done, strain the meat, and reserve the 'juice' for vegetables.
