Ingredients

8 oz. water

1 T. ground light roast coffee

1T. crushed cadamom

1 t. rose water

Saffron threads (about 5)

Directions

Add the cardamom and saffron to the coffee when you brew it. Add the rose water after the coffee has brewed. This is traditionally served in small glasses.
