Baked potatoes in the crockpot

The other night I REALLY wanted to serve baked potatoes with supper but because we had prime rib in the oven I figured that they weren't an option. So after some thought, I decided cooking them in the slow cooker would work just fine.
Ingredients
- 12 medium potatoes (washed and unpeeled) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Fill a large crockpot with potatoes, drizzle a little olive oil over the top. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
