Antipasto Pasta Salad

- 1 (12 oz) package tri-color rotini shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) part-skim mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 (8oz) Hormel pepperoni shopping list
- 1/2 red pepper cut into strips shopping list
- 2 cups chopped broccoli shopping list
- Italian dressing shopping list
- salt and pepper to suit your taste shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare pasta according to package cooking until al dente (approximately 9 minutes) adding chopped broccoli during last two minutes.
- While pasta is boiling cut the pepperoni in half length-wise and then slice
- Dice the mozzarella cheese
- Cut red pepper into thin strips
- Drain pasta and broccoli, rinse with cold water and drain again
- Toss together pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, red pepper, and pasta with chopped broccoli in large bowl.
- Pour about 1/2 cup of dressing and toss. You may add more or less dressing to suit your taste.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
