How to make it

  • Prepare pasta according to package cooking until al dente (approximately 9 minutes) adding chopped broccoli during last two minutes.
  • While pasta is boiling cut the pepperoni in half length-wise and then slice
  • Dice the mozzarella cheese
  • Cut red pepper into thin strips
  • Drain pasta and broccoli, rinse with cold water and drain again
  • Toss together pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, red pepper, and pasta with chopped broccoli in large bowl.
  • Pour about 1/2 cup of dressing and toss. You may add more or less dressing to suit your taste.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
