Chocolate Cloud Ear Mushroom

I must WARN u . This is onli for ppl who is game enuf for smething new . If u r not up for it , just skip dis page . Got nuthing to do with the Mushrooms except it got dat looks : D
Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs shopping list
- 4 Large egg whites shopping list
- 2 tsp cocoa pwd shopping list
- 100 g butter shopping list
- 1 C white chocolate , melted in microwave shopping list
- some lemon rind shopping list
How to make it
- Put the butter into warm chocolate and cover it
- Leave it to melt
- Beat the eggs and fold in the beaten whites .
- Sprinke the cocoa pwd and the lemon rind in .
- Fold in the white chocolate
- Pour in a greased tray and bake at 175 degree for 25 to 35 mins .
- Microwave some dark chocolate and pour over it .
