Pork Chops Baked In Sour Cream Recipe
Very nice, very creamy, very tasty pork dish. We love it and hope you do too.

Ingredients
  • 4 loin pork chops
  • 1/2 cup seasoned flour or bread crumbs
  • 4 cloves
  • 1/2 cup water or stock
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon summer savory

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Coat chops in seasoned flour or bread crumbs and insert one clove in each chop.
  3. Lightly brown each pork chop in a skillet and place in a rectangular baking dish.
  4. In small sauce pan combine the water or stock, bay leaf, vinegar, sugar and sour cream.
  5. Heat over medium heat for 4 minutes then remove from heat and pour over pork chops.
  6. Cover baking dish with foil and bake covered for 1 hour.
