Spicy and pork, does it get any better than that? Yumola, this recipe comes from my catering partner who serves this often and always gets rave reviews.

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4 butterfly pork chop

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except shops until well combined.
  2. Sprinkle over chops and grill until completely cooked through turning once.
