How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Makes about 1/4 cup
  • Simply add the rub to your protein and throw it on the grill. The amount of time prior to cooking depends on the meat you are applying it to:

  • 15-30 minutes - Thin meat such as chicken breasts, fish fillets, pork tenderloin, chops, and steaks
  • 30-90 minutes - Thick cuts of meat like Leg of lamb, whole chickens, and beef roasts
  • 2 to 8 hours - Big or tough cuts of meat such as racks of ribs, whole hams, turkeys, and pork shoulders
