Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a heavy duty skillet heat oil and saute onion and peppers untill softened and tender.
  • Add garlic and cook and stir a few minutes.
  • Add potatoes and cook and stir till browned.
  • Cook and stir in the meats till hot and browned
  • Season to taste.
  • Fork scramble the eggs and stir and cook and turn into mixture in pan.
  • Serve as a side or as a main course if you wish

    :)my family calls it slumgullium, which comes out with a definite "YUM!" at the end, and that makes it sound as yummy and yes, slummy, as it is! I posted our more tomato and rice version too, as slumgullium. I look forward to trying this recipe too!
