Looks great! I was just looking at a vinegar pie recipe the other day, that gave some history I thought was interesting. Of course, yours has both lemon and vinegar. But this book said, in the old days lemons were a delicacy only the rich could get, and the poorer people used vinegar in their pies in place of lemon. I never heard that before.
