Vinegar Pie

- 2 Tbsp. of butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. flour shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 egg white, beatened shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- 1 pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add dry ingredients and blend in egg yolk.
- Add vinegar, lemon juice and water.
- Cook in top of double boiler until thick.
- Stir.
- Fold in beaten egg white.
- Bake the pie crust for 5 minutes.
- Pour filling in crust.
- Bake until brown.
