Ingredients

How to make it

  • Make sandwich, using butter, mayo, mustard both or whatever you prefer and layer on meat and cheese
  • Combine batter ingredients and dip both sides of sandwich in batter.
  • Pan fry, or deep fry ( 360F ) or broil both sides ( few inches from heat to brown batter ) till sandwich is golden and cheese is melted.
  • Optional: dust with powder sugar ( by the way it really does taste great on this type of sandwich! )
  • Serve at once
