I came here to print off my recipe today and realized that, although I did answer Lovebreezy's question directly, there might be others who want to know if the noodles were cooked first. No they are not. They do soften during the chilling process and that's a good thing.

Just to be sure, the ramen is not cooked first? Does it soften up or remain crunchy?

Made this tonight and my husband and I loved it. I know there are many versions of this ramen noodle salad, but yours is delicious, especially the toasted sesame and almonds. I will make this again for sure. Thanks and I gave it a five!
