Skor Bar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup of margerine

1 cup of white sugar

1 cup of brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp of vanilla

2 cups of all purpose flour

2 cups of oatmeal

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of baking soda

12 oz of milk chocolate chips

3 crushed Skor Bars

Directions

Combine and mix well the first 5 ingredients

Mix together all purpose flour,oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda and mix well with wet ingredients. Add the chocolate chips and skor bars mix well

Place spoon size balls on an ungreased cookie sheet flaten slightly and bake @ 375 for about 10 to 12 mins Bake just until they are golden brown DO NOT OVER BAKE Otherwise they will not be chewy. Remove from cookie sheet immediately after baking. Enjoy!!

( We tried it with white chocolate chips and they were also good)
