- 8 frozen blueberry blintzes shopping list
- 1/4 pound melted butter shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 pint sour cream plus extra for garnish shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 4 tablespoons orange juice shopping list
- 4 teaspoons powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 4 teaspoons fresh blueberries shopping list
How to make it
- Place frozen blintzes in a casserole dish the cover with melted butter.
- Combine remaining ingredients then pour over blintzes and bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
- Serve with additional sour cream and fresh blueberries over the top.
