White Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces white chocolate melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons alt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2-1/2 cups bread cubes

Directions
  1. Butter four 1 cup ramekins or six custard cups and place on a cookie sheet.
  2. Preheat oven to 400.
  3. Combine melted chocolate, sugar, salt and cinnamon then stir milk in slowly and add eggs.
  4. Beat the entire mixture with a whisk until well blended.
  5. Stir in the bread cubes and let them soak for a few minutes.
  6. Beat the pudding with a whisk again.
  7. The bread cubes should fall apart.
  8. Divide pudding between ramekins or custard cups and put them cookie sheet and all into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Cool for 15 minutes and serve.
