Ranch Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

1 packed of ranch dressing mix

2 scallions

2-3 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 lb raw shrimp

lemon to taste

Directions

combine ranch dressing, pepper, scallions and olive oil in a measuring cup

clean shrimp (peel and de-vein) and place shrimp in a large zip lock plastic bag

pour ranch olive oil mixture over shrimp and close the bag. shake bag to combine shrimp and mixture and let sit for 20 minutes in the refrigerator

grill shrimp until cooked through (opaque) this is a couple minutes on each side

This if a GREAT recipe. A double batch is definently called for next time. If it helps anyone, I marinated these over night and they were still great.
