Marinated Thai Noodles And Vegetables

- Marinade: shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut or sesame oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp. sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter shopping list
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated shopping list
- Salad: shopping list
- 8 oz. thin noodles, cooked shopping list
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 24 fresh snow peas shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced in strips shopping list
- 4 green onions, cut in strips using tops shopping list
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1 medium jicama, sliced or can of water chestnuts, sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Combine marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Combine noodles and salad ingredients, except sesame seeds. Pour marinade over and toss.
- Cover and refrigerate to absorb flavours.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve at room temperature.
