This will be a great soup for the fall; it is starting to warm up here in Houston so I don't make a lot of soup until around October. You know when it gets really cold here say about 50 degress! lol

I make this at my deli once a week. Its has great flavor and you can add what ever veggies you want. Potatoes are good in it also. It reheats well. The best part, aside from the taste, it is a great conversation piece here at the deli. I like to tell how hard I had to wrangle the hat off of the cowboy. It is all in good fun here in Montana. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
