The taco seasoning in these give them a wonderful taste plus helps crisp them up

Ingredients
  • 2 LB's Russet or Red Potatoes,Cut into small cubes
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1-1oz pkg Taco seasoning

Directions
  1. In a large resealable plastic bag,place potatoes,oil and Taco seasoning.Seal bag and shake to coat.Spray 13x9x2 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and bake in 400ยบ oven for 45 minutes,stirring after 20 minutes
  2. For Cheesy Chill Potatoes:top with 1 Cup Cheddar cheese during last 10 minutes of baking time
