- 2 lbs of ground beef shopping list
- 1 package of wide egg noodles shopping list
- 2 cans of Ro-Tel tomatoes shopping list
- 2-4 cups of Motzarella cheese (just depends on how much you like cheese) shopping list
- 1 Medium onion shopping list
- 1 bell pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp of salt shopping list
- 2 tsp of pepper shopping list
How to make it
- First you cut up your onion and bell pepper and brown them in with your ground beef. Add the salt and pepper as you are browning your onions, bell pepper, and ground beef.
- Boil your wide eggs noodles to the tenderness that you prefer. After you have them boiled the way you prefer the drain the water off of them and rinse the starch off of the with hot water.
- After you have your ground beef browned, drain the grease off of it and add the ground beef back to the same skillet and add the Ro-Tel tomatoes and let them simmer.
- After you do that, pour your ground beef in the same pot as your egg noodles, so make sure you start off with a big enough boiler for the ground beef and noodles.
- Mix the noodles and ground beef together.
- Get a baking dish big enough for all of your ingredients and put about half the boiler of noodles and ground beef in the baking dish.
- Then add your cheese, depending on how much chesse you like add 1 or 2 cups.
- Then repeat to make two layers and bake in the oven on 375 until the cheese is melted.
- Take out and enjoy. Very good with garlic bread.
