Chili Cheese Dip

CHILI CHEESE DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corbett Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 15 ounce can chili without beans shopping list
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Spread cream cheese on bottom and sides of microwaveable pie plate.
- Spread chili over cream cheese then sprinkle with cheese.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes then serve with tortilla chips.
