CHILI CHEESE DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corbett Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 15 ounce can chili without beans
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions
  1. Spread cream cheese on bottom and sides of microwaveable pie plate.
  2. Spread chili over cream cheese then sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes then serve with tortilla chips.
