How to make it

  • In a skillet, brown beef with onion.
  • Add spaghetti sauce, cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Mix well.
  • Coat a 5 qt. slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  • Layer the slow cooker with part of the noodles (you can break them and overlap them to cover the bottom.
  • Then add a layer of the meat mixture and cheeses.
  • Repeat layers as necessary until cooker is full. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
  • Note: At the end of the 5 hours, check to see if noodles are done by poking them with a fork.
