Frans Chicken

This is one that my mom used to make when she entertained or just wanted something a little different.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts split shopping list
- 4 thin slices of ham shopping list
- ½ lb mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 Cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- ¾ tsp salt shopping list
- ¾ tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp celery salt shopping list
- ½ cup butter or margarine melted shopping list
How to make it
- Place slice if ham and cheese inside of each boned chicken breast.
- (You may use whole breast for larger portions.)
- Skewer chicken closed
- Mix all other ingredients and roll chicken in goop
- Melt butter in baking pan
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees
