How to make it

  • Boil salted water for pasta (add a little oil to the water).
  • Heat 3 tbs olive oil over medium heat, and add the garlic. Heat for about 1 minute, and then add the tomatoes. Heat over medium-low heat while the pasta cooks.
  • Once the pasta is done, drain, and toss with tomato mixture.
  • Garnish with Asiago or Parmesan cheese, and serve with a crusty bread and a salad.

    I agree with Tinadc. Very simple, not many ingredients. So will be on my "to do" list.
    I will use Parmesan, as I have this on hand at all times.

    I made this last night, but substituted rotini for the spaghetti (it was what I had on hand), and it was DELICIOUS! Definitely a keeper, thanks.
